Our PlanRoom allows for document publishing, management, distribution and ordering. It features fast and easy electronic file submission, public and private jobs, simple plan viewing, easy ordering of drawing sets and dowloads as well as automated online notifications.
Contractors, Suppliers and Support Services
We send out email notifications to all Hawaii AEC members when new Public Jobs are posted and available for bidding. Many Project Ownwers and General Contractors however prefer to post Private Jobs with bidding by invitation only. That's why it's important that you add plenty of great information in your member profile about what your business has to offer. Owners and GCs who like what they see in your member profile will surely want to invite you to bid on their projects. Members who are invited to bid are notified automatically by email or fax.
Project owners, Developers and General Contractors who want to receive bids and sub-bids for their projects can submit a Project Bid Profile containing information about the project and bidding requirements. We will use your bid profile to setup an online Project PlanRoom where we will index and post your construction plans and specifications. Then you can log in to your PlanRoom and send out Invitation to Bid notifications to all the bidders of your choice. Through your account dashboard you can monitor all your bid responses as well as plan viewing, orders and download activity.
When your project moves into the construction phase, you can continue to use your PlanRoom to manage your construction documents, addendums, revisions, specifications and notifications. And of course you can still monitor your list of plan holders and and all other PlanRoom activity 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
