Bob and Gail Ranfranz offer a unique blend of experience and services not found within other contracting companies. Residential and commercial projects - from large to small - throughout the islands are guaranteed to be top quality and the very best in detailed workmanship from the start of the excavation to all finish details.

We have great success with "cost plus" contracts based on an "open book" approach. We add a pre-determined markup to all direct costs, allowing us to stay within the budget and we strive to keep schedules.

We are available to assist with design, planning and budgeting.

Coupled with the construction aspects of Franz Contracting, we offer an in-house state certified appraiser with real estate experience to round out your building experience.
